Sarah Skagerberg LMT

I was born and raised in the California Central Valley. While studying animal science I discovered massage therapy, and the amazing effects it has on the body. After extensively researching schools I attended the Milan Institute in Visalia, Ca where I received massage therapy training and certificate. In 2014  the Tri-Cities became my home. I have experience working with a wide range of injuries and muscle dysfunctions, and enjoy using compassion and knowledge to helping improve daily life and reducing pain.

Whether you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic low back pain, TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) disorder, vehicle accident injury, or need to relax and recharge each massage will be tailored to meet your needs, and consists of a 60 minute or 90 minute hands-on massage time.

Philosophy

“We must first approach the root, or the source. Every stream on earth has a source, every plant has a root, and every person has an origin, a core essence - a 'Life Force.'"

This is one of my favorite quotes from Donald Yance that I feel is very relevant to how we feel and function.
